Ecmanage is a Software as a Service solution (SaaS). We allow our customers to set up the system themselves, within their preferences. Our wardrobe management system is very user-friendly and customers have an environment set up in no time. When customers have questions, Ecmanage offers (technical) support in various ways:

First of all, there is our free support desk. Our support desk is always available within office hours: whether by phone, email or MS Teams, we are pleased to find the right solution through any way. We are here to help you! Our support desk staff are highly experienced and know how to solve all questions competently and quickly (response within one working day). In addition, they also think along with you on specific questions and this is translated into the right set-up.

In addition to the free support desk, Ecmanage offers a free half-day training at the start of the collaboration. This training is designed to get the collaboration off to a good start and teach you the intricacies of Ecmanage. During this training, we set up the first client together, and you are immediately operational with our wardrobe management system after the training.

Ecmanage also offers a checklist in the customer portal. When you have created a portal for a customer, you can consult this ‘Portal checklist’ and see at a glance what still needs to be adjusted to make the environment compliant. Unsure about something? Then we also have an online knowledge base that is shared at the start of the collaboration, where you can look up all the information again!

As you can see, we offer tools in various ways so that you can work well with our wardrobe management system. Ecmanage: we do it together!
